IZIKO SOUTH AFRICAN
South Africa's premier art museum, exhibiting South African masterpieces and other work from the permanent collection, as well as a changing programme of visiting exhibitions.
SOUTH AFRICAN JEWISH MUSEUM
A moving tribute and detailed account of one of the great Jewish communities of the diaspora, the South African Jewish Museum is one of Cape Town’s not-to-be missed heritage experiences.
NEW CHURCH MUSEUM
The New Church Museum is South Africa’s first contemporary art museum, with the purpose of making contemporary South African and African art accessible to the public.
CAPE TOWN HOLOCAUST CENTRE
The Cape Town Holocaust Centre's permanent exhibition shows the history of the Holocaust, combining text, archival photographs and film footage, documents, multimedia displays and recreated environments.
Iziko Koopmans-de Wet House
Furnished as a home for a well-to-do Cape family during the late 18th Century, it houses some of the best pieces of Cape furniture and silver in the country.
The Prestwich Memorial and Visitor Centre is dedicated to the memory of Cape Town’s slaves and marginalised people, those 18th and 19th century inhabitants who helped to build this city.
